Hey all, it's Jess :)

If you haven't already realized, Emily and I aren't really posting on this blog any more.  We've been way too busy with school (well...not during summer, but break was still pretty busy) and other activities.  Honestly?  Blogging was just another thing we had to check off our already busy schedules, and it got too hard to keep up.  So we're sorry, but we really don't have the time to write on here now :(

Hi!  Wow!  It's been a while huh?  Emily and I have been super busy with school and stuff, getting ready for end-of-the-year tests, science fair, and (in Em's case) cheer.  I've mostly been just doing a lot of test prep--yes I'm kind of nerdy that way haha--and photography just for fun.

Kill me now...I CARE TOO MUCH ABOUT MY TEST SCORES.

Emily has been doing AMAZING in cheer, her team's been placing first and second in all her competitions!! :D  Go Emily!!

I've been taking TONS of pictures lately (but not this one haha, this one's from my friend's pinterest!)

No it's not obvious I'm ready for summer.  This gif reminds me of Emily and me hehe :D

spring in my step

So I don't know about you guys, but I've been kind of wishing for spring.  Big time.

Winter is getting so...two months ago.  hahaha :D  But seriously, this cold weather isn't any fun.  Not let's-build-a-snowman, go-sledding cold.  Just the-ground-is-frozen, where-are-the-flowers cold.

Ugh.  So I've been ready for summer for about a month now, but since that's not going to be here for quite a while, spring will have to do.  And spring fever is beginning to infect me.

These are some of my inspirations for spring!  Hopefully we'll get a warm day soon, where I can actually wear shorts or something.  I miss my shorts.  My white legs miss the sun! ;D

Anyways, enough of my talk.  What do you like about spring?  Hope it's a little warmer where you live than it is here haha!

Rearranging room ❊

Hello everyone! It's Emily, and I know it's been a while since I've posted. I'm very sorry! But I am just going to tell you what I've been doing lately. I've been on this never-ending journey to decorate my room just right! Haha, so I have been rearranging things, putting up and taking down pictures, changing my curtains, cleaning out my closet, and honestly anything else you could imagine. So I have been crazy busy just with that!

My room is mainly pink, which really bugs me because I'm not nine anymore- I want a more mature looking bedroom. I'm hoping that I will soon find the perfect look for my room. ♡ haha

Happy New Year!

Happy new year everyone! What did you do for the holiday? I stayed up until midnight and watched the ball drop on tv. I also ate lots of food and went hot tubbing and fun stuff like that, haha. My new years resolution would probably be being a better friend and focus on school (and of course being a better blogger!) What are your resolutions? I hope you all have a great rest of your break and good holidays!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas❄

Hello everyone! This week has been pretty fun, now that it's break! At school we did a Secret Santa thing and had a Christmas party :) I went ice skating a couple of days ago and hung out with friends ❄❄ I'm super excited for Christmas but it seems way too soon, 4 days away? I guess I haven't been paying attention. I hope you all have a great break and Christmas!

So tomorrow is 12-12-12.  I think that's pretty cool haha :)

And I just realized, someone's twelfth birthday is tomorrow probably so they're turning 12 on 12-12-12 and if your age is the same as the day you're born is a golden birthday then this is like a rainbow sparkle ninja unicorn birthday like this:

Well, I just thought that 12-12-12 is pretty blog-worthy and also, just wanted to say hey to you all.  I got some new makeup a couple weeks ago, and am experimenting with it--maybe I can do a tutorial or something?  :)

Happy December!

Happy December everyone! I meant to post this yesterday of course but the internet wasn't working so well. Anyway.... I learned how to knit! Ahahaha. It's actually a lot easier than you might think. It does take some time but once you get the hang of it, it's really fun :)

Last night my older sister and her friend made cheesecake. It looks really weird but it tastes very good! haha. But today has just been a lazy day. I woke up at 10 and now I'm blogging. But I have a cold so a relaxing day is perfect.

Black Friday

Hellooo. Happy late Thanksgiving everyone!! (: I hope you all had a wonderful day yesterday.❤

Soo, today I went out with some friends to go shopping! Black Friday and all, I expected downtown to be crazy with people but it was surprisingly normal. I think people go out at 12am and that's why it wasn't so packed. I had so much fun with my friends. Though we didn't really buy anything. I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving and Black Friday!!

Thanksgiving

Hey, Jessi here!  Emily and I were wondering what you guys did for Thanksgiving!  We had dinner with our grandparents, the food was amazing and the day was great.  I watched the Macy's Parade in the morning, too.

I love love love thanksgiving, any holiday where there's a lot of good food haha XD  But I like Christmas the best...just everything about it...I could go on and on but I won't--you would totally get bored!  Anyways, hope you had a great thanksgiving and a wonderful upcoming holiday season :)

Hey guys! It's Emily and Jessi and we're here to update you about some stuff.  First of all, school has been really, really busy and we're trying hard to keep up our grades and work on sports and other activities not to mention friends. But we redecorated our blog and decided to give Snoodles a fresh start! Obviously we're not the same girls we were when we started this blog last year so we thought it would be good to change our blog because we changed too.

Hey All, Jessi here!!  I think I did a similar post to this last year, about fall fashion.  Hey, that reminds me, Snoodles is almost a year old!!!  we're super excited :D  But anyway, back to the topic of this post . . . trends for fall time!!  woohoo!

FASHION

Black and Gold

How to Wear: with layers, a blouse, or a nude blazer

How to wear: colorblock with a contrast top or go simple with a white shirt and minimal jewelry.  biggest fall colors are wine, dark green, mustard, etc.

My Opinion: love jeans, love color, so . . . basically perfect!

NAILS

berries, berries, yum yum yum . . . (I admit it, I'm weird) but yeah berry nail polish is huge!

Grays are super chic this fall--craving Essie Chinchilly!

Gold and Metallics are super, super 'in' this fall!  I think these are my favorite trend.  So gorgeous!  Probably would be over-the-top with the gold dress trend though, what do you think?

Makeupppp

Hey y'all it's Emily and I'm finally writing a post about makeup. This is basically my opinion about makeup and what eyeshadows/masacaras/etc. work the best and look great!



This is a great eyeshadow pallet. It has many great neutral colors, it's called Naked by Urban Decay and I really recommend it to everyone!





This mascara is great, I use it everyday and I think it's one of my favorites. It doesn't make your eyelashes clumpy and it gives them a lot of volume and makes them longer. Which is always a plus :) It's called Lash Stiletto by Maybelline. 

Ok so for eyeliner, I don't use it very much so I don't have a very strong opinion on different brands but I do prefer gel eyeliner, because it's just easier for me to use.

Let's Go to the Beach . . .

Let's go to the beach . . . let's go get away . . .

Hey guys!!!  Today's post is what I bring to the beach (where Emily and I are going very soon!!)  The pictures are not my own because I am too lazy to take the pictures and wait for them to upload . . . just sit down and blog, that's what I do!  XD

So, maybe Emily will do a post like this too but we have similar things in our bags so I really don't know.  She's not home right now so I can't ask her . . . she might though.

In Jessi's beach bag:

the bag has to have requirements, like the inside has to be fully lined and waterproof because what if my wet swimsuit bag leaks and water gets all inside?!  then you have a gross moldy bag :(  I would reccomend this to anyone who goes to the pool or beach a lot because it is good to have.

First obviously I have my swimsuit!!  I like swimsuits in fun colors, and patterns!

I also keep a towel in my bag.  this is random but does anyone match their towel to their swimsuit?  i dont but was wondering haha!

Next I keep sunglasses.  Ususally really big ones, because I want my eyes to be super protected!!!  I also like wayfarer style sunglasses.  I would never bring expensive sunglasses to the pool or beach because they could get lost or ruined easily.  just cheap target ones :)

Then I keep a brush, just a big paddle brush, because my hair always gets tangled at the beach!

Next my makeup/beauty stuff.  I always keep a little makeup bag filled with some touch-up stuff to use when I'm leaving, because sometimes we go to dinner or ice cream after and I want to look a little nicer.

Inside this little bag I will usually have moisturizer or tinted moisturizer, because my face gets totally dry.  Also some mascara, chap-stick, sunscreen!, and some hair elastics.

And last of course, a change of clothes!!  Normally this means shorts and a tee shirt, and a coverup to wear on the boardwalk.

More Summer . . .

So hey!!  Our summer vacation starts a week!!  I'm sure everyone thinks that summer is the best time of year.  Emily and I usually head to the beach, the mall, the pool, and other places during the summer.  There are usually parties, there are always friends, and there is a lot of warm weather, getting wet, getting tan, and having fun.  What do you do in the summer??

Some of my favorite things to do in the summer (besides all of the above) is stay up late at sleepovers, watching movies, and reading in bed.  Playing with the dog, water balloons, sprinklers, and practicing failed cartwheels/handstands/etc that Emily is trying to teach me haha!!

And speaking of summer...why not some summer fashion?  we really like shorts (not so much skirts--idk why), crop tops, tank tops, and light t-shirts for summer.  And of course, we live, in our swimsuits!!

We hope everyone has an awesome summer!!  don't worry, though, we will be posting lots more over vacation because there will be more time :)  Love y'all!!

Hei its Emily! ❤ Today I am talking about summer. Summer is my favorite season ever! I love the sunshine, swimming, going to the beach, not having school(; hahaha.
